行气逐瘀法治疗气滞血瘀型子宫内膜异位的优势与深远影响

Advantage and profound influence of Xingqi Zhuyu therapy on stasis endometriosis

目的:观察行气逐瘀法治疗气滞血瘀型子宫内膜异位的优势与深远影响。方法:60例气滞血瘀型子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为治疗组30例,口服行气逐瘀药方;对照组30例,口服散结镇痛胶囊。对比分析两组治疗前后临床症状、止痛效果变化。结果:观察组患者临床效果总有效率明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后中医症候积分均明显下降(P<0.05),观察组降低明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后痛经积分明显降低(P<0.05),观察组降低明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:行气逐瘀法治疗气滞血瘀型子宫内膜异位临床效果明显,值得推广使用。

To observe the advantage and profound influence of Xingqi Zhuyu therapy on stasis endometriosis. Methods： 60 cases of Qizhi Xueyu syndrome of endometriosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases, oral Xingqi Zhuyu prescription; 30 patients in the control group were given oral capsule Sanjie analgesic. Changes of clinical symptoms, pain relieving effect in two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results： In the observation group, the clinical effect was better than that in control group （P〈0.05）; in two groups before and after treatment, symptom scores decreased significantly （P〈0.05）, the observation group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）; the two groups before and after treatment in patients with dysmenorrhea score decreased significantly （P〈0.05）; the observation group decreased significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xingqi Zhuyu therapy has obvious effects, is worthy to be popularized.
