摘要
目的:探讨运用加味四黄散外敷治疗经桡动脉PCI术后血肿的护理效果。方法:61例冠心病介入治疗患者随机分成三组,治疗组给予加味四黄散外敷,对照组分别用冰敷、硫酸镁外敷;然后对三组患者的情况进行分析。结果:加味四黄散外敷治疗术后血肿具有疗效好、恢复快、费用低的特点,与其他两组对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运用加味四黄散外敷治疗介入术后皮下血肿,消肿迅速,止痛效果满意,无毒副作用,安全可靠,值得在临床推广应用。
To study effects of Jiawei Sihuang San on hematoma after transradial PCI. Methods：61 patients with CHD were randomly divided into three groups, the treatment group was given Jiawei Sihuang San, the control group was given external application of ice and magnesium. Results： The total efficiency in observation group was significantly different than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Jiawei Sihuang San was safety and reliable with swelling, relieving pain rapidly and non-side effects, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
