A relevant analysis of 293 cases of metabolism syndrome

摘要 目的:对代谢综合征患者相关因素进行分析,为其治疗、预防及健康教育提供依据。方法:采用横断面问卷方法对体检中心诊断为代谢综合征患者的相关因素进行采集并分析。结果:①在61~70岁年龄段MS患病率为33.1%,51~60岁为25.6%,71~80岁为20.8%,50岁及以下59人,占患者总人数的20.1%;②男性患者体重指数23~25kg/m2的有46人,25~30kg/m2的有90人,30kg/m2以上的有23人;女性患者体重指数23~25kg/m2的有34人,25~30kg/m2的有81人,30kg/m2以上的有19人;③MS各组分中单纯血脂异常占20.8%,合并高血压者占46.1%,合并血糖异常者11.6%,合并血糖、血压均异常者4.1%;④MS患者中,有肥胖家族史占36.2%;血脂紊乱家族史占27%;糖尿病家族史33.1%;高血压病家族史占42.3%;心血管病家族史占14.7%;有酗酒者占41%;吸烟者占31.7%;久坐少动者占57%;具有高脂饮食习惯者占30%。结论:①MS以中老年多见,且有年轻化的趋势;②多数 MS 合并肥胖,或者处于超重状态,向肥胖的方向发展;③MS 是一个多种组分异常,多条代谢紊乱的复杂的疾病状态;④MS发病有一定的家族聚集倾向;不良饮食习惯及其生活方式可能是代谢综合征的重要发病原因之一。 To analyze relevant factors of metabolism syndrome and provide a basis for treatment and health education. Methods:Relevant factors of metabolism syndrome were collected and analyzed by cross-sectional questionnaire. Results:I The incidence of MS was 33.1%and patients’ ages were between 61 and 70, 25.6%between 51 and 60, 20.8%between 71 and 80. Patients at their 50 or below accounted for 20.1%. II BMI of 46 male and 34 female patients were from 23kg·m-2 to 25kg·m-2, 90 male and 81 female from 25kg·m-2 to 30kg·m-2, and 23 male and 19 female were over 30kg·m-2. III The abnormal rate of blood lipid was 20.8%, 46.1%for blood lipid and blood pressure, and 11.6%for blood lipid and blood glucose, 4.1%for blood lipid, blood glucose and blood pressure. IV A family history of obesity was 36.2%, 27% dyslipidemia, 33.1% diabetes, 42.3% hypertension, 14.7% cardiovascular, 41% intemperant, 31.7%smoker, 57%sedentary patients and 30%patients with high fat diet. Conclusion:I MS occurred mainly in the aged and with younger trend;II Most MS patients were inclined to obesity;III MS always came with a complex condition, abnormal ingredient and metabolism;IV MS exhibited family aggregation, and major causes of MS were improper dietary habit and life style.
