摘要
目的:探讨小针刀加中药定向透入治疗颈椎病的临床疗效及护理。方法:将78例颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组38例。治疗组给予小针刀加中药定向透入治疗及护理,对照组给予穴位按摩加TDP照射治疗及护理。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为63.2%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀加中药定向透入治疗及护理颈椎病,具有疗效好,操作简单,安全可靠,观察方便等优点,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective： To discuss clinical effects of knife acupuncture plus TCM on cervical spondylitis. Methods： 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment was given knife acupuncture plus TCM, nursing; the control was treated by massage plus irradiation and nursing, Results： The total efficacy in the treatment was 95.0%, while in another it was 63.2%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Knife acupuncture plus TCM have confirmed effects and easy to operate, was safety and convenient, worthy of promotion.
