清热祛毒汤结合一期根治术治疗热毒炽盛证低位肛痈术后并发症观察

Clinical observation of the Qingre Qudu decoction plus operation on low rectal abscess complications

目的:观察口服清热祛毒汤结合一期根治术治疗热毒炽盛证低位肛痈术后并发症。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的热毒炽盛型低位肛痈患者随机分成A组(中药加手术组)与B组(抗生素加手术组),比较两组在术后出现肛周湿疹、便秘等方面的区别。结果:两组在肛周湿疹、术后便秘方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热祛毒汤结合一期根治术治疗热毒炽盛证低位肛痈术后出现并发症的几率比使用抗生素组低。

To observe effects of the Qingre Qudu decoction plus operation on low rectal abscess complications. Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the group A was given TCM medicine plus operation;and the group B was given antibiotics pluscoperation, difference of clinical symptoms following operation was compared. Results： There is statistically significant difference of perianal eczema, constipation following operation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Qingre Qudu decoction plus operation has lower recurrence than antibiotic.
