无极生肌膏促进小白鼠深度压疮软组织缺损的机理研究

Mechanism research on Wuji Shengji Gao to promote rats' depth pressure ulcer of soft tissue defects

目的:探讨外用中药无极生肌膏促进小鼠创面愈合的作用。方法:随机将30只小鼠平均分配在标有空白组、贝复济组、生肌膏组的笼子中,每组10只,分别标记为K1、K2……K10,B1、B2……B10,G1、G2……G10,在小鼠背部创建创伤模型,在建立模型后的第3、6、9、12d观察创面愈合时间、愈合率及在光镜下行HE染色的组织学观察,结果用SPSS19.0统计软件行单因素ANOVA分析。结果:生肌膏组和贝复济组在愈合时间上皆明显优于空白组(P<0.05),而生肌膏组和贝复济组无明显差异(P>0.05);前3d三组创面愈合率没有明显的区别(P>0.05),生肌膏组和贝复济组在第6、9、12d明显高于空白组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:外用无极生肌膏有明显促进皮肤创面初期愈合的作用。

Objective： To observe clinical effects ofWuji Shengji Gao to promote the wound healing on rats＇ skin. Methods： 30 rats were randomly divided into three groups, 10 rats for each, named as blank group （K）, rb-bFGF Grow （I3） and myogenic cream （G） severally, those rats in each group have marked as K1, K2...K10, B1, B2...B10, G1, G2...G10 respectively. Trauma model on the back of rats was created, the therapeutic effects by measuring the wound healing time, rates and histological observation of immune on 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th day after wounding separately were evaluated. Results： For the wound healing time, in the group B and group G were obviously increasing more than those in the group K （P〈0.05）, there were no obvious difference between group B and group G （P〉0.05） on 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th day after wounding. In terms of wound healing rates, during the first three days, those three groups have no statistical difference, but on the 6th, 9th, 12th day, group G and group B are higher than group K significantly, have statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Wuji Shengji Gao could accelerate healing of wound obviously.
