海带衍生物促进大鼠骨折愈合的免疫组化实验研究

摘要 目的:探讨海带衍生物对小鼠骨折愈合的影响。方法:40只昆明小鼠,体重的范围为25~30g,3月龄,雌雄各半。随机分为两组,治疗组和空白对照组,每组20只。采用股骨骨缺损的方法复制小鼠骨折模型。治疗组小鼠每只每公斤每天30mg海带衍生物灌胃,空白对照组每只每公斤每天30mg葡萄糖灌胃,持续1~2周。处死动物并收集样本,采用免疫组化实验评估骨折愈合情况。结果和结论:与空白对照组比较,海带衍生物治疗组小鼠的骨形态发生BMP-2蛋白表达显著增强(P〈0.05),海带炮制后生成物对促进骨折愈合具有显著的作用。 To discuss effects of Laminaria Japonica Aresch Processed (LJAP) on fracture healing in female rats. Methods:40 rats were randomly divided into two groups, 20 rats for each. Experimental fracture model in mice were made by the method of femoral bone defect. The treatment group was given LJAP 30 mg/kg, another was given the glucose 10 mg/kg. In 7 or 14 days, the symptoms of rats fracture healing by IHC were evaluated. Results and conclusion:Compared with the control group, the BMP-2 expression in the bone tissue was significantly increased (P〈0.05). LJAP could significantly promote fracture healing in rats.
