化瘀活络汤结合电针治疗中风恢复期肢瘫患者疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating limb paralysis following stroke with the Huayu Huoluo decoction plus electro-acupuncture

目的:观察化瘀活络汤结合电针治疗中风恢复期肢瘫患者的临床疗效。方法:将64例中风后肢瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各32例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予以化瘀活络汤结合电针治疗,两组患者治疗前后用中风病临床积分进行评分及评价疗效。结果:治疗前后两组中风病临床积分比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗后两组积分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀活络汤结合电针治疗中风恢复期肢体瘫患疗效肯定。

To observe clinical efficacy of the Huayu Huoluo decoction plus electro-acupuncture on treating limb paralysis following stroke. Methods：64 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given conventional western medicine, the treatment was added the Huayu Huoluo decoction plus electro-acupuncture. Clinical scores before and after treatments were recorded. Results：The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Huayu Huoluo decoction plus electro-acupuncture were confirmed with good effects.
