清胰汤与大承气汤联合应用治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效评价

A clinical analysis of the Qingyi decoction plus Da Chengqi decoction on treating severe acute pancreatitis

目的:对重症急性胰腺炎治疗中应用清胰汤与大承气汤联合的疗效进行观察。方法:选取重症胰腺炎患者78例,随机分为两组,对照组38例给予清胰汤治疗,观察组40例给予清胰汤联合大承气汤治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,主要临床症状缓解时间、血尿淀粉酶恢复时间、血常规恢复时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组。结论:在重症急性胰腺炎治疗中清胰汤与大承气汤联合治疗具有显著疗效,可对患者病情予以有效控制,可加速临床症状缓解,减少住院时间,并发症发生率较低,值得在临床中推广。

To observe clinical effects of the Qingyi decoction plus Da Chengqi decoction on severe acute pancreatitis. Methods： 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 38 patients for each, the control group was given the Qingyi decoction;another was given the Qingyi decoction plus Da Chengqi decoction more. Results： The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control, the incidence of complication, and the duration of the main clinical symptoms relieving, serum and urine amylase recovering, blood recovery, and hospital stays was significantly shorter than that in the control. Conclusion：The Qingyi decoction plus Da Chengqi decoction could improve the clinical symptoms and shorten hospital stays with significantly better effects, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
