强力定眩片联合氟桂利嗪治疗老年高血压性眩晕临床观察

Clinical observation on Qiangli Dingxuan tablets combined with Flunarizine in treatment of vertigo caused by hypertension in elderly patients

目的:观察强力定眩片联合氟桂利嗪治疗治疗老年高血压性眩晕的疗效。方法:选择以眩晕、躯体平衡障碍为主诉的老年高血压患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例,治疗组予强力定眩片联合氟桂利嗪片,对照组单用氟桂利嗪片。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.5%,对照组为70.0%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强力定眩片联合氟桂利嗪治疗治疗老年高血压性眩晕疗效良好,值得临床推广应用。

To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of using Qiangli Dingxuan tablets combined with flunarizine in elderly hypertension patients. Methods： 80 patients with vertigo or obstacle of body balance were randomly divided into therapeutic group and control group. 40 patients in the therapeutic group were given Qiangli Dingxuan tablet combined with flunarizine. The other patients in the control group were treated by flunarizine. Results： Clinical symptoms in pre-post treatment contrast are significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Application of Qiangli Dingxuan tablets combined with flunarizine is effective for treatment of vertigo in elderly hypertension patients.
