丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛160例

Treating 160 cases of unstable angina with the Danhong injection

目的:研究丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法:选择医院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者160例分为两组,所有患者给予常规治疗,对照组在此基础上给予西药治疗,治疗组给予丹红注射液进行治疗。结果:治疗组心电图改善总有效率为82.3%,明显高于对照组的76.3%(P<0.05);治疗组心绞痛缓解总有效率为85.0%,明显高于对照组的72.5%(P<0.05);两组患者皆未出现不良反应。结论:丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛,效果显著,安全性高,可在临床上推广。

To explore clinical effects of the Danhong injection on unstable angina. Methods： 160 patients were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were given routine treatment, the control group was given western medicine more, and another was given the Danhong injection. Results： In the treatment group, the total efficiency of ECG improvement was 82.3%, significantly higher than 76.3%in the control （P〈0.05）;the total efficiency of angina relieving was 85.0%, obviously higher than 72.5%in the control （P〈0.05）; there was no adverse reactions in two groups. Conclusion： The Danhong injection was good at treating unstable angina with high safety, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
