补阳还五汤合生脉汤加减治疗不稳定型心绞痛78例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 78 cases of unstable angina with the Buyang Huanwu decoction and the Shengmai decoction

目的:探讨补阳还五汤合生脉汤加减在不稳定型心绞痛治疗中的应用及疗效。方法:随机将78例不稳定型心绞痛患者分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组为常规西药加中药补阳还五汤合生脉汤加减,治疗1个月观察疗效。结果:治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:补阳还五汤合生脉汤加减治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效肯定,值得推广应用。

To discuss clinical application and effects of the Buyang Huanwu decoction and the Shengmai decoction on unstable angina. Methods： 78 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control was given routine medicine, while the observation was treated with the Buyang Huanwu decoction and the Shengmai decoction more. Results：Clinical effects in the treatment were obviously better. Conclusion： The Buyang Huanwu decoction and the Shengmai decoction shows confirmed effects on unstable angina, was worthy of promotion.
