补肾通髓醒脑方治疗卒中后血管性痴呆的疗效探讨

Clinical observation on treating vascular dementia with the Bushen Tongsui Xingnao recipe

目的:探讨补肾通髓醒脑方治疗卒中后血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:选择78例血管性痴呆患者分成研究组40例和对照组38例。所有患者都按西医常规方法进行治疗,同时给予研究组患者补肾通髓醒脑方水煎口服。对比两组的治疗效果及治疗后的智能情况、日常生活能力。结果:两组相比较,以研究组治疗的总有效率较高,智能及日常生活能力更好。结论:补肾通髓醒脑方有助于提高对卒中后血管性痴呆的治疗效果,并提升生存质量。

To investigate clinical efficacy of the Bushen Tongsui Xingnao recipe on vascular dementia following stroke. Methods：78 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. All patients were given western conventional treatment; the treatment group was given the Bushen Tongsui Xingnao recipe more. Clinical efficacy, intelligence and activities of daily living were compared. Results：The treatment was better than those in the control. Conclusion：The Bushen Tongsui Xingnao recipe was effective on vascular dementia, can also improve patients’ living quality.
