补肾通髓醒脑方治疗卒中后血管性痴呆的疗效探讨

摘要 目的:探讨补肾通髓醒脑方治疗卒中后血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法:选择78例血管性痴呆患者分成研究组40例和对照组38例。所有患者都按西医常规方法进行治疗,同时给予研究组患者补肾通髓醒脑方水煎口服。对比两组的治疗效果及治疗后的智能情况、日常生活能力。结果:两组相比较,以研究组治疗的总有效率较高,智能及日常生活能力更好。结论:补肾通髓醒脑方有助于提高对卒中后血管性痴呆的治疗效果,并提升生存质量。 To investigate clinical efficacy of the Bushen Tongsui Xingnao recipe on vascular dementia following stroke. Methods:78 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. All patients were given western conventional treatment; the treatment group was given the Bushen Tongsui Xingnao recipe more. Clinical efficacy, intelligence and activities of daily living were compared. Results:The treatment was better than those in the control. Conclusion:The Bushen Tongsui Xingnao recipe was effective on vascular dementia, can also improve patients’ living quality.
