摘要
目的:探讨护理干预对应用黄油纱条填塞治疗鼻出血患者的临床价值。方法:选取84例鼻出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取综合护理干预。结果:对照组治疗总有效率为83.3%,观察组总有效率为95.2%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对应用黄油纱条填塞治疗鼻出血患者采取护理干预,可提高治疗效果和患者生活质量。
To investigate clinical efficacy of nursing intervention on epistaxis with butter gauze. Methods：84 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control was given routine caring, the treatment was given comprehensive caring. Results： The total efficacy in the control was 83.3%and 95.2%in the treatment. Clinical efficacy in the treatment was better than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Nursing intervention on patients with epistaxis was confirmed with good effects, and improved patients’ living quality.
