神经元特异性烯醇化酶血清浓度在新生儿脑损伤早期诊断的相关性 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)血清浓度与新生儿脑损伤早期诊断的相关性。方法选择本院52例新生脑损伤患儿为观察组,50例正常新生儿为对照组。应用光激化学发光免疫分析法检测对比分析两组新生儿出生12 h内、2 d后血清NSE浓度。结果新生儿脑损伤组血清NSE明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血清NSE浓度变化对新生儿脑损伤早期评估有较高的价值,是重要的指标之一。
