优序图法在确定高等医学院校教师教学能力指标体系权重中的应用 被引量:12

Using precedence chart to determine index weight of faculty’s teaching ability in medical schools

摘要 目的:探索优序图法在医学院校教师教学能力指标权重评价过程中的应用。方法采用德尔菲法与优序图法相结合的方法,邀请相关领域的专家对指标的权重进行评价,回收数据后使用 SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果本指标体系包括4个一级指标和36个二级指标。一级指标分别为教学态度、教学过程、教学效果和教学研究。使用优序图法计算得出各一级指标中权重最大的二级指标,分别为教学投入(16.1%)、课堂授课内容(9.9%)、授课效果(34.2%)和教学研讨(36.1%)。结论使用优序图法计算指标权重既保证了研究的科学性,使用和计算的过程也相对简单,在确定医学院校教师教学能力评价指标权重上取得了良好的效果,值得推广使用。 Objective To explore the practice process of using precedence chart to determine the index weight of the faculty’ s teaching ability in medical schools. Methods Delphi method and precedence chart were used together, experts in the closely related areas were invited to complete one self-designed questionnaire and software SPSS 16. 0 was used for statistical analysis finally. Results This index system was divided into two levels, containing four first-level indicators, which were “ teaching attitude”, “teaching process”, “teaching effectiveness” and “teaching related research”. There were 36 second-level indicators. Index “ teaching preparation” shared the highest proportion of “teaching attitude”(16. 1% ), index “teaching contexts” shared the highest proportion of “teaching process” (9. 9% ), index“course effect” shared the highest proportion of “ teaching effectiveness(34. 2% ) and index “ teaching seminars” shared the highest proportion of “teaching related research” (36. 1% ). Conclusions Using precedence chart to calculate index weight in the second-level indicators was scientific and it was relatively simple in the practicing and calculating processes. It was an excellent application in the area of faculties in medical schools.
