摘要
医患沟通是医务人员在诊疗活动中与患者及其家属在信息方面、情感方面的交流,既充分尊重患者的知情权、选择权,又可使患者积极支持、配合医疗工作,减少不必要的医患纠纷。五星教学过程以聚焦问题为宗旨,通过激活旧知识、论证新知识、应用新知识和融会贯通环节,旨在不断提高医学生的医患沟通能力。首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院肾内科尝试将五星教学方法用于肾病尿毒症患者病情告知的教学中,收到了较好的效果。
Physician-patient communication is a communication on message and feelings between doctors and patients and their family during the process of diagnosis and treatment. The communication is not only helpful in balance of the right of knowing the facts and the right of choice, but also makes the patients support and cooperate the curative activity, and reduces the unwanted medical dispute. Five star instructional design rating aims at problem-centered through the process of activation of the old experience, demonstration and application of the new experience, and integration of the old and new experience, and gradually improves the ability of physician-patient communication. The medical students significantly raise their physician-patient communication ability through application of 5 star instructional design rating.
