以团队为基础学习模式在生理学实验教学中的应用 被引量:8

Application of team-based learning model in physiological experiment teaching

摘要 目的:探讨以团队为基础学习模式应用于生理学实验教学的效果。方法选择丽水学院医学院护理学专业86名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组教学采用以团队为基础学习模式,对照组教学采用传统模式。实验课全部结束后,采用实验考核及问卷调查评估实验教学效果。结果实验组学生考核成绩明显优于对照组学生,多数学生认为,以团队为基础学习模式能激发学习兴趣,提高自学能力及实验操作水平,培养临床思维和团队合作意识。结论在生理学实验教学中采用以团队为基础学习模式,教学效果明显优于传统教学模式,值得进一步探索推广。 Objective To explore the effect of application of team-based learning model in physiological experiment teaching. Methods 86 students from nursing program in our college are divided into experimental group and control group randomly. TBL teaching model is used in teaching of experimental group, the traditional teaching model is used in teaching of control group. After the experimental curriculum all over, using statistical analysis and questionnaire survey to assess the effect of experiment teaching. Results The performance of experimental exam of experimental group is much better than control group, and the difference is significant(P〈0. 01). The majority of students believe that TBL model can stimulate interest in learning,improve self-learning ability and level of experimental operation, cultivate the clinical thinking and cooperative consciousness. Conclusions TBL model is evolved in physiological experiment teaching,which is better than the traditional teaching model, has the value of popularization.
