摘要
在常压锅炉停止监管的背景下,对常压锅炉制造、安装、使用和维修改造等环节造成的安全风险进行分析。总结出图纸和技术文件审核、实物与设计文件相符性、锅筒及炉胆最小壁厚、大气连通管的当量通径、焊接质量、水压试验等14项风险监测指标,并对各个指标进行风险分析和风险等级划分。研究结果对常压锅炉的安全隐患给出了有效的预防措施,同时对常压锅炉制造单位、安装维修改造单位和使用单位有一定的指导意义。
In the background that the supervision of ordinary-pressure boilers has been stopped, the safety risks caused by the manufacture, installation, use, maintenance and transformation of ordinary-pressure boilers are analyzed. Summed up 14 risk monitoring indexes such as audit of drawings and technical documents, conformance of material object with the design documents, minimum wall thickness of drum and internal furnace, equivalent diameter of atmosphere communicating tube, welding quality, hydrostatic testing, etc., analyzes and classifies the risk of various indexes. The research results provide effective preventive measures for the safety hazards of ordinary-pressure boilers, and are of certain guiding significance to the manufacturing units, installation, maintenance and transformation units and user units of ordinary-pressure boilers.
