摘要 介绍了煤焦油在储存过程中,采用的2种搅拌方式:罐底循环搅拌和侧向深入式搅拌。通过对二者的比较,得出如下结论:罐底循环搅拌不易渗漏,不发生振动,搅拌效果略优于侧向伸入式搅拌;超离前含渣较多的煤焦油储存时应采用该种搅拌方式。侧向伸入式搅拌具有流程简单,投资低、运行费用低,占地少,维护方便,便于安装,不会堵塞等优点;超离后含渣较少的煤焦油应选择该种搅拌方式。 Two types of agitation commonly used in coal tar storage are introduced, in which one is bottom circulated agitation, and the other is side inserted agitation. They are compared with each other. The former has advantages of leakage proof, non vibration and good agitating effect, so it is used in coal tar storage that contained more residues before uhra-centrifugalization. The latter has the advantages of simple process, low invest, low function cost, less floor space, easy to assembling and maintaining and unlikely blockage. So the latter way is chosen in coal tar storage that contained less residues after ultra-centrifugalization.
