JPP聚丙烯生产线核心设备反应器非驱动端轴承漏油问题的解决

中韩（武汉）石油化工有限公司聚烯烃分部所属的聚丙烯装置共有两条生产线，一条是大家比较熟悉的环管工艺的ST生产线，另一条生产线则是以2个反应器为核心的JPP生产线。其中的JPP生产工艺在中国国内是首次引进，虽有日本JPP专利商和各设备厂家人员的现场指导，但从设备到工艺尚没有成熟的经验供参考。于是在试生产前及试生产过程中也遇到了不少问题。本文针对出现的典型问题进行了总结，以供其它已引进或准备引进该工艺的聚丙烯厂参考。

The polypropylene plant （PP） of SINOPEC-SK （Wuhan） Petrochemical Company Limited, belonging to polyolefin division, has two process lines. One is the well-known ST process line using loop technology, and the other is the JPP process line with the two reactors as the core elements. JPP process line is the first one in China to be imported from abroad, thus there is no mature experience to be referred to from the equipment to the process even though equipment vendors and the Japanese lieensors were giving site guidance, and many problems appeared during the start-up and commissioning.
