摘要
近年来,教师自主逐渐成为教育界的一大研究热点。本文在国内外研究的基础上,提出了双语教师自主能力主要内容,并调查了湖北省两所财经类高校2012-2013学年担任双语课程的双语教师的自主能力。研究发现这两所高校双语教师的自主能力较强,但是还存在一些问题,需要学校和教师共同努力解决,以促进双语教育的发展。
In recent years, teacher autonomy has increasingly become a key research topic in the field of education. The present paper proposes the main content of bilingual teacher autonomy based on the research of previous studies from home and abroad, and surveyed bilingual teachers who were teaching a bilingual course in the 2012-2013 academic year from two provincial economics universities. The study found that the autonomy of the bilingual teachers is remarkable, but still exists some problems which need to be tackled with the joint efforts of both the schools and the teachers themselves in order to promote the development of bilingual education.
