醒脑静注射液与纳洛酮联合在急性重度乙醇中毒患者中的应用及效果

Application and the efficacy of Xingnaojing injection combined with naloxone in patients with acute severe alcoholism

目的:研究醒脑静注射液与纳洛酮联合在急性重度乙醇中毒患者的应用及效果研究。方法:选择回顾性研究方法,选取急性重度乙醇中毒患者88例,其中男51例,女37例,按照1∶1的随机方式将患者分为2组,每组均为44例,治疗组进行究醒脑静静脉滴注射液与纳洛酮联合治疗急性重度乙醇中毒,对照组用纳洛酮治疗急性重度乙醇中毒。比较两组患者经治疗后清醒时间及疗效比较。结果:治疗组与对照组经治疗后酒后清醒时间及酒后症状消失时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组清醒时间及酒后症状消失时间要少于对照组。治疗组治疗痊愈35例(79.5%),有效6例(13.6%),无效3例(6.9%);对照组经治疗后痊愈22例(50%),有效15例(34.1%),无效的有7例(15.9%),治疗组总有效率(93.1%)要高于对照组总有效率(84.1%)。结论:醒脑静注射液与纳洛酮联合在急性重度乙醇中毒患者的应用及效果研究要明显优于单纯使用纳洛酮。

Objective To study the efficacy of Xingnaojing injection combined with naloxone applied in patients with acute severe alco-holism. Method 88 patients with severe alcoholism treated had been retrospectively studied,including 51 males and 37 females,they were randomly divided into two equal groups,44 cases in each group,the treatment group was in combination therapy of Xingnaojing injection and naloxone,the control group was only treated with naloxone. The sober up time and efficacy after treatment of two groups were com-pared. Results After treatment,it had no differences between two groups that the time of consciousness recovery and symptom disappear-ance,The difference was statistically significant（ P＆lt;0. 05）,that is the time of consciousness recovery and symptom disappearance of treat-ment group was less than the control group. In treatment group,35 patients were completely recovered（ 79. 5% ）,6 patients effective（ 13. 6% ）and 3 patients ineffective（ 6. 9% ）;while there were 22 patients recovered（ 50% ）,15 patients effective（ 34. 1% ）and 7 patients ineffective（ 15. 9% ）in the control group,the total effective rate of treatment group（ 93. 1% ）was higher than the control group （ 84. 1% ）. Conclusion The efficacy of Xingnaojing injection combined with naloxone applied in patients with acute severe alcoholism is better than single naloxone.
