彩超对肌内注射黄体酮后输尿管结石的诊断价值

Colour to exceed value to the diagnosis of ureteral calculi after intramuscular progesterone

目的：应用黄体酮对输尿管的扩张作用，观察彩色多普勒超声（ CDFI）对输尿管结石诊断的符合率。方法：采用肌肉注射黄体酮40 mg，同时饮水500~800 ml，于30 min后常规行彩超扫查。结果：378例输尿管结石，均经X线平片、静脉肾盂造影及逆行输尿管造影等检查相印证。彩超符合率为93.65%（354/378），经手术治疗36例，经腔内和体外碎石及中西医结合治疗排石342例，均获满意疗效。结论：应用黄体酮对输尿管的扩张作用，提高了彩超对输尿管结石的诊断率，具有明显的临床应用价值。

Objective Application of progesterone on the expansion of the ureter,observation of color doppler ultrasound（ of a CDFI） on the accuracy of diagnosis of ureteral calcul. Method Using intramuscular progesterone 40 mg,500 -800 ml of drinking water,at the same time in the routine scan line colour to exceed in 30 minutes. Results 378 cases of ureteral calculi by X-ray plain film,intravenous urography angiography and retrograde ureteral angiography examination. Colour to exceed coincidence rate was 93. 65%（ 354/378 ）,and the surgical treatment for 36 patients,the lumen and in vitro rubble and combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of row stone 342 cases,all got satisfied results. Conclusion The application of progesterone on the expansion of the ureter,can improve the colour to exceed to the diagnosis of ureteral calculi,has obvious clinical application value.
