球磨预处理对水葫芦煤浆成浆性和流变性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 利用球磨机对水葫芦进行预处理,然后将其与神府煤、水和分散剂按照一定的比例混合制备水葫芦煤浆.重点考察球磨时间对水葫芦煤浆成浆性和流变性的影响,并与神府煤浆作比较.结果表明:水葫芦煤浆与水煤浆相比,屈服应力显著增大,触变性和稳定性显著增强,但Zeta电位的绝对值减小;对于水葫芦煤浆,增加球磨时间,其成浆性增强,屈服应力明显减小,触变性和稳定性稍微减弱,Zeta电位的绝对值增大. In this study,water hyacinth was pre-treated using a ball mill and then the pre-treated water hyacinth,Shenfu coal,water and dispersant were used to prepare water hyacinth-coal slurry(WHCS)proportionately.The slurry ability and rheological properties of WHCS were investigated,which were also compared with coal-water slurry(CWS).The results showed that the yield stress,thixotropy and stability of WHCS were found to be much higher than that of CWS.But the absolute value of the zeta potential of WHCS was smaller than that of CWS.With increasing ball milling time,the WHCS slurry ability was enhanced,the yield stress was obviously decreased,thixotropy and stability was slightly weakened,while the zeta potential absolute value was increased.
