不同部位接种禽流感油乳剂灭活疫苗对笼养蛋鸡血清抗体和生产性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了解不同部位接种禽流感油乳剂灭活疫苗对笼养蛋鸡血清抗体和生产性能的影响,比较了笼养蛋鸡颈部皮下、颈背部皮下、胸部肌肉和腿部肌肉接种疫苗后,免疫鸡群的应激反应、局部病变发生情况、30 d内的产蛋性能变化以及免疫20、50、80 d时的血清H5、H9AIV HI抗体效价。结果表明,不同部位接种疫苗均可显著提高血清抗体水平,并产生程度不等的应激反应和局部病变;其中以腿部肌肉接种产生的血清抗体水平较高且相对稳定,应激反应和对产蛋性能的影响相对较小,并具有操作方便和无需辅助保定等优点,是笼养蛋鸡较为理想的禽流感油乳剂灭活疫苗免疫接种方式。 To study the serum antibody and production performance of caged layers with different inoculation methodsof inactive oil-emulsion avian influenza vaccine,the stress response,local lesions and laying performance in 30 d,serumantibody titers of H5 and H9 subtype avian influenza virus by HI at 20,50 and 80 d after inoculation in subcutaneousneck,subcutaneous nape,breast muscle and leg muscle were studied. The results showed that the serum antibody titerswere significantly increased,and varyious degree stress response and local lesions were found after vaccine inoculation by different inoculation methods. Compared with other inoculation methods,serum antibody titers were higher and stabler,stress response and the effect on laying performance were slight in layers inoculated in leg muscle. The inoculation ofleg muscle could improve the immunization rate,and reduce labor costs significantly.Therefore,inoculation of avian influen-za vaccine in leg muscle was a preferable immunization method for caged layer.
