摘要
选用1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡448只,采用4×2完全随机试验设计,研究日粮添加不同水平的Cu和VA对肉仔鸡不同生长阶段(前期0-4周龄和后期5-7周龄)肝脏内抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:1高Cu组(225mg/kg)对前期肝脏总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活力的影响极显著(P≤0.01);低Cu组对全期肝脏总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)影响显著(P≤0.05);低Cu组对肝脏铜蓝蛋白(Cp)活力最高,对全期肝脏Cp活力影响极显著(P〈0.01)。25 000 IU/kgVA对前期肝脏T-SOD活力影响极显著(P〈0.01);1 500 IU/kg VA对全期肝脏一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)和肝脏谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力影响极显著(P≤0.01);对全期肝脏T-AOC影响显著(P〈0.05);对后期肝脏Cp活力影响极显著(P〈0.01)。3铜与VA交互作用对前后期肝脏T-SOD活力影响均显著(P〈0.05);对后期肝脏锌铜超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)和肝脏T-AOC活力影响显著(P〈0.05);对前后期肝脏NOS活力影响均不显著(P〉0.05);对前后期肝脏GSH-Px和肝脏Cp活力影响极显著(P〈0.01)。由此可见,铜与VA交互作用能显著影响前后期肝脏T-SOD、GSH-Px和Cp活力及后期肝脏CuZn-SOD与T-AOC活力。
A 4×2 completely random experiment was designed to investigate the influence of different Cu andvitamin A(VA)levels of dietary on antioxidant enzyme activity in broiler′s liver at 0 to 4 weeks of age and 5 to 7 weeksof age with 448 1-day-age AVIAN broilers. The results showed that:1dietary 225 mg/kg copper had a significanteffect on total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)activity in liver from 0 to 4 weeks of age(P≤0.01);the effect of lower copper group on total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)was highest,there was a significant effect on ceruloplasmin(Cp)activity in liver during the whole period(P〈0.01);2dietary 5 000 IU/kg VAhad a significant effect on T-SOD activityin liver from 0 to 4 weeks of age(P〈0.01);dietary 1 500 IU/kg VAcould significantly affect nitric oxide synthase(NOS)and glutathione perosidase(GSH-Px)activity in liver during the whole period(P≤0.01);dietary VAhad asignificant effect on T-AOC activity in liver during the whole period(P〈0.05),could significantly affect Cp activity inliver from 5 to 7 weeks of age(P〈0.01);3the interaction between copper and VAcould significantly affect T-SODactivity in liver during the whole period(P〈0.05),had an extremely significant effect on CuZn-SOD and T-AOC activityin liver from 5 to 7 weeks of age(P〈0.05),couldn′t significantly affect NOS activity in liver during the whole period(P〉0.05),could significantly influence GSH-Px and Cp activity in liver during the whole period(P〈0.01). Therefore,interaction of copper and VAhad a significant effect on T-SOD,GSH-Px and Cp activity in liver during the wholeperiod,and could significantly influence CuZn-SOD and T-AOC in liver from 5 to 7 weeks of age.
