富含半胱氨酸的酸性分泌蛋白的生物学功能及临床进展 被引量:2

摘要 富含半胱氨酸的酸性分泌蛋白(SPARC)在大多数组织中表达,它是一种结合钙、胶原和羟基磷灰石的多功能糖蛋白及细胞外调节大分子。循环血液中的SPARC主要来源于脂肪细胞,它参与胚胎发育、血管生成、细胞迁移和增殖、纤维化、组织重塑及创伤修复、肥胖、胰岛素抵抗等多种过程,为今后临床研究进展及治疗如肥胖、糖尿病及其并发症、心肌梗死等提供了新方向。
