鼠科肉瘤病毒癌基因同源物B1在类风湿关节炎中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 RA是一种以慢性侵蚀性关节炎为主要表现的全身性自身免疫病,全世界患病率高达0.5%。因RA可导致不可逆的关节软骨及骨破坏,严重影响患者的生活质量,早期诊断及治疗至关重要。目前RA发病机制尚不明确,抗原抗体反应在RA疾病发生及发展过程中起重要作用。近来有研究发现RA患者血清中可以检测到抗鼠肉瘤病毒癌基因同源物Bl(v raf murine sarcoma viral oneogene homologueB1,BRAF)抗体,提示BRAF可能在RA发病过程中发挥作用。现对BRAF在RA中的研究综述如下。
