IgG4相关疾病合并淋巴瘤一例 被引量：9

摘要 患者女，60岁，以“反复淋巴结肿大17年，乏力、气短、发热2个月余”入院。患者于17年前陆续出现颈部、右颌下及右腹股沟多发肿大淋巴结，活动度好，不伴疼痛、发热，体积逐渐增大，抗感染治疗无效。外院行颈淋巴结针吸活检提示“弥漫性小细胞淋巴瘤”，先后予环磷酰胺、阿霉素、长春新碱、泼尼松（CHOP）、环磷酰胺、丝裂霉素、长春地辛、顺铂（CMVP）、异环磷酰胺（IFO）、依托泊苷（VP16）及甲氨蝶呤方案化疗多疗程，肿大淋巴结迅速消退。15年前行颈部放疗，后行自体外周血干细胞移植，患者病情稳定。
