摘要
报道了福建沙县高地栖霞组上部的■类化石,计6属13种,并建立了Verbeekina grabaui-Cancellina neoschwagerinoides组合带,这些■类化石的发现,不但为福建省二叠系■类生物地层提供了新的素材,而且对华南地区二叠系的划分和对比具有一定意义。
The fusulinids described and illustrated here were collected from the Lower Permian Chihsia Formation at Gaodi in Shaxian,Fujian Province.This formation is disconformably overlain by the Wenbishan Formation and is mainly composed of dark grey medium to thick bedded bioclastic limestone and chert nodules(about 34.40mthick),with silicolite in the uppermost part but the low part is not observed.These fusulinids comprise 13species belonging to 6genera.Thurthermore,Verbeekina and Cancellinaare especially abundant in the fusulinid fossils and may be assigned to the Verbeekina grabaui-Cancellina neoschwagerinoides Zone,which represents the upper fusulinid horizon of the Chihsia Formation in northwestern Fujian.This zone can be roughly correlated with those in the near regions and some other areas in South China.
