摘要
以国内某企业选铜尾矿为原料,分别进行了沸腾焙烧温度、进风量、焙砂浸出的研究。研究结果表明:在沸腾焙烧温度620~650℃,进料量212.4 kg/h和291.2 kg/h,线速度0.14 m/s和0.19 m/s(常温)条件下,烟气SO2浓度8%~9%,焙砂产率79%~81%,脱硫率90%~91%,焙砂中铜的浸出率>80%。沸腾焙烧试验可以实现在高海拔条件下对选铜尾矿资源的综合利用,并降低生产成本、减少固废排放对环境产生的不利影响。
Taking the copper tailings of a domestic enterprise as raw materials, this paper researched the roasting temperature, air intake and roasting-sand leaching. The results showed that: when the roasting temperature was 620~650℃, feeding flow is 212.4 kg/h and 291.2 kg/h, the line speed is 0.14 m/s and 0.19 m/s (room temperature) conditions, concentration of SO2 in flue gas is 8%~9%, the yield rate of roasting-sand is 79%~81%, the desulfurization rate is 90%~91%, the copper leaching rate is >80%. The roasting experiment can meet the comprehensive utilization of copper tailings at high altitudes, reduce the production cost and reduce adverse impact on the environment of the large amount of solid waste emissions.
