摘要
针对多区域网络监控的应用需求,设计了一套基于IPC的网络化视频监控系统。该系统采用基于视频分析的运动目标侦测,基于双码流的图片、视频传输与存储,以及优先级和多通道的IPC与图片服务器交互等关键技术。由此,实现了多区域全时段的标清视频监控,实时运动检测报警与连续高清图片抓拍取证功能。该系统设计兼容现有的软硬件系统平台,并具有较高性价比。
A video surveillance networking system based on a set of IPC is proposed for multi-area network video monitoring. This system applies some key techniques,such as moving objects detection by video analysis,dual video stream transferring and storing technique,and the priority multi-channel interaction technique between IPCs and the image server. It is capable of monitoring multiple areas by supplying a full-time video record with standard resolution,meanwhile capturing continuously images in high resolution when any moving objects are detected. The proposed system is compatible with the existed systems,and has a high cost performance.
