摘要
在线性充电电路中,大部分功耗均消耗在功率管上,从而导致芯片温度升高。鉴于此文中提出了一种线性温度补偿电路,即当温度升高时充电电流会逐渐降低,以此来阻止芯片温度的进一步升高。此外,该设计电路还能达到精确的控制,使其随工艺Corner的变化较小。通过仿真结果可看出变化仅为±5℃。
The majority of power is consumed by the power tube in the linear charging circuit,leading to rising chip temperature. This paper proposes a linear temperature compensation circuit,with which the charging current gradually reduced with rising temperature to prevent further increase in temperature of the chip. Precise control is realized by the design,making small changes with the craft corner,with simulation results of ± 5 ℃.
