摘要
为找到一种简单、高效的中功率直流感性负载电流检测电路,文中描述了几种方案,并对其进行了比较和验证,最终选出一种较为适合的方案,且举例说明其应用领域及具体实现方式。所述方案选用美信公司的MAX9918芯片,这是一种单电源供电、高精度电流型放大器,具有较高地输入共模范围,可扩展至-20^+75 V。该款放大器适用于直流电机和螺线管等感性负载的电流检测。
To find a simple and efficient way to detect the DC current of the medium power inductive load circuit,several feasible scheme are discussed in this article. The best one,standing up to comparison and verification,was selected out. And enumerate instance to illustrate its application field and the implementation mode. The projects mentioned in this article adopt the MAX9918 chip from Maxim,a single-power-supply,high-precision and currentsensitive amplifier. This kind of chip features relatively high ICMR( input common-mode range),which can be extended to as wide as- 20 to + 75 V. This amplifier is much applicable to monitor inductive load current detection,such as,DC motor and solenoid.
