摘要
由于对柔性联轴器-转子系统进行分析时,常将柔性联轴器等效为轴段单元或直接忽略它的存在,为了探索含有柔性联轴器的转子系统的精确建模方法,选择螺纹联轴器作为研究对象。利用螺纹联轴器对不对中故障较为敏感这一特性,建立了螺纹联轴器-转子系统不对中故障的有限元模型,将螺纹联轴器的高次非线性特性表示为每一增量时间的有效载荷项和有效刚度矩阵的一部分。对一微弱不对中角度α=0.25°进行仿真与实验,对比得到轴心轨迹吻合最好时的螺纹联轴器的关键性参数,建立了精确的螺纹联轴器模型,进一步研究了该系统不对中故障。
The flexible coupling-rotor system cannot be accurately reflected if the flexible coupling is viewed as a shaft or directly ignored.In order to explore accurate modeling methods on the flexible coupling-rotor system,the threaded coupling is selected as the research subject.To utilize the threaded coupling′s sensitive characteristic on misalignment failure,the finite element model of misalignment failure of the threaded coupling-rotor system is established.The higher-order nonlinear characteristic of threaded coupling is represented as a portion of valid loads and a portion of the valid stiffness matrix in each time increment.Then,setting a small misalignment angle,the key parameters are obtained when the simulated axis orbit is close to the experimental axis orbit.Subsequently,the accurate modeling of threaded coupling is established,and the misalignment of the threaded coupling-rotor system is further studied.
