口腔及口咽鳞癌哨卫淋巴结检测转移肿瘤细胞

Head Neck, 2014 Jun 2 哨卫淋巴结（SLN）活检在明确早期口腔和口咽癌颈部淋巴结状态中效果显著．但是关于癌细胞转移的方式却鲜有报道。该研究通过光学显微镜数字影像技术对显微玻片进行分析，定位癌细胞。结果：SLNs转移癌细胞并非随机分布，位于淋巴结中心、靠近淋巴门位置者较多。对4个最靠近中心的显微玻片进行检测，发现微转移率高达90％。基于癌细胞的分布模式，首次手术应沿淋巴结门方向清扫。
