摘要
采用SIMA工艺制备了7075铝合金半固态触变坯料,对不同温度、不同保温时间下的7075铝合金触变坯料的微观组织进行了观察分析。结果表明,在温度为600℃、保温时间为45 min时及在温度为615℃、保温时间为15 min时都可以获得良好的半固态组织。
7075 aluminum alloy semi-solid billets were prepared by SIMA technology. Effects of holding temperature and holding time on microstructure of 7075 aluminum alloy thixotropic billets were ana- lyzed. The results reveal that the desirable semi-solid structure in the thixotropic billets can be observed at 600 ℃ for 45 rain or at 615 ℃ for 15 rain.
