精铸生产中消除缩孔缺陷的几种方法 被引量:1

摘要 设计精铸产品铸造工艺过程中,经常碰到零件结构复杂、热节分散,不易设置浇口的情况。根据实际生产经验,通过局部水激冷型壳,放置冷铁,设置热贴,刷特殊涂料,应用铬铁矿砂等措施来消除缩孔缺陷。 Investment casting process design often encounter some problems such as complex structure or hot section dispersed, and difficult to put the gate. According to the product experience , some process ing ways with gate-free were presented to eliminate shrinkage porosity, such as using water to cooling local shell, setting the cold iron and hot subsidies, brushing special coating as well as using chromite sand, improving the ability of eliminating shrinkage porosity in the product process design.
