摘要
通过正交试验,采用计算机数值模拟和实际浇注,研究了缝隙式浇注系统中立简直径、缝隙内浇道的宽度和厚度等因素对铝合金铸件充型和凝固过程的影响。结果表明,缝隙内浇道的厚度为壁厚的1倍,缝隙内浇道的宽度为35mm,立简直径为3~4倍缝隙内浇道的厚度时,可以保证充型过程的平稳,获得质量较好的铸件。
Through orthogonal experiment and adopting numerical simulation combining with practical pouring, effects of some factors, such as cylindrical cavities diameter, slit gate width and thickness, on filling and solidification process of aluminum alloy castings were investigated. The experimental results show that when the thickness of slit gate is 1 times of parts wall- thickness, and slit gate width is 35 mm, and cylindrical cavities diameter is 3~4 times of slit gate thickness, the filling process can be en- sure to obtain good casting quality.
