摘要
本文针对炼钢结晶器系统在实际工作环境中由于高温、高湿度、连续振动等因素造成预报不准确导致生产中断的问题,通过研究专家系统的检测原理及组成,在硬件和软件两方面进行了开发,有效的提高了系统运行的可靠性、精确性,基本上杜绝了漏报、误报和返工问题,为连铸机的正常生产运行提供了可靠的保障。
This paper for steelmaking system crystallization in the actual work environment because of high temperature, high humidity, continuous vibration caused by factors such as inaccurate forecast leads to the disruption of production, the principle and composition detection expert system, were developed in the two aspects of hardware and software, and effectively improve the reliability, system accuracy basically, eliminate the false, false positives and rework, and provide reliable guarantee for the normal production and operation of continuous casting machine.
