摘要 由于激光切割具有高速、高精度和高适应性等优点,它被广泛应用于汽车行业、船舶行业、航空航天、军用设备等许多领域中。文章简单概述了激光切割技术的发展现状,并从激光切割参数等方面探讨了切割速度、离焦量、辅助气压、激光功率等因素对切割质量的影响,在实际加工中有一定的指导意义。 The laser cutting have been widely applied to automobile industry, ship industry,?aerospace,?military equipment and many other field because of the advantage of high speed, high precision and high adaptability, etc. This paper simply summarized the current situation of laser cutting technology and discussed the influence of laser power, defocusing amount, assistant air pressure and cutting speed on cutting quality from laser cutting parameter and other aspects, which have some guiding significance in practice.
