摘要
目的探讨颅内血肿微创术中发生活动性出血时的有效紧急止血方法,从而避免开颅手术。方法本院30例微创术中发生活动性出血患者,随机分为两组,实验组应用肾上腺素盐水反复冲洗血肿腔,并注射血凝酶进行紧急止血,对照组常规降低颅压、止血治疗。结果实验组患者术中有效止血11例,4例行开颅手术止血,对照组13例行开颅手术止血。结论微创术中发生活动性出血时应用肾上腺素盐水及血凝酶可有效止血,操作简便易行,疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the effective emergency hemostatic methods in minilogic evacuation of intracranial hematoma in 30 cases with active bleeding , then craniotomy operation can be avoided .Methods 30 cases inpatients with active bleeding in minilogic evacuation of intracranial hematoma were divided into two groups randomly:the experimental group was given repeated washing with adrenaline saline and inject hemocoagulase in hematoma cavity,the control group reduce the intracranial pressure and hemostatic treatment routinely .Results The experimental group :Active bleeding in 11 cases was stopped effectively , craniotomy operation was taken in 4 cases to stop active bleeding .The control group :craniotomy operation was taken in 13 cases.Conclusion Repeated washing with adrenaline saline and injection of hemocoagulase in hematoma cavity can stop active bleeding effectively in minilogic evacuation of intracranial hematoma , the method is simple , convenient and feasible , reliable curative effect in the recent period .
