摘要
为降低镁质浇注料的原料成本,用镁橄榄石骨料部分替换镁质浇注料中等粒度的镁砂骨料,研究了镁橄榄石加入量(加入质量分数分别为0、16%、32%)对不同温度(110、1 000和1 500℃)处理后浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:随着镁橄榄石加入量的增大,浇注料烘干后体积密度减小,显气孔率变小,强度增大;1 000和1 500℃热处理后,浇注料体积密度减小,显气孔率增大,强度增大,抗渣侵蚀性降低,抗渣渗透性以镁橄榄石加入量为16%(w)时最好。
Effect of forsterite addition (0,16% and 32%,in mass,the same hereinafter)on properties of castables treated at different temperatures (1 10,1 000 and 1 500 ℃)were researched using forsterite ag-gregate to partially substitute medium particle size magnesia aggregate in MgO castables in order to cut the cost.The results show that with forsterite addition increasing,for the castables after drying,the bulk density and apparent porosity decrease,the strength increases;after fired at 1 000 and 1 500 ℃,the bulk density and slag corrosion resistance decrease,apparent porosity and strength increase,when forsterite addition is 16%,the castables perform the best slag penetration resistance.
