Expressions of T cell subsets cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with diabetes

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病患者外周血T细胞亚群细胞因子的表达。方法采用ELISA法检测1型糖尿病(T1DM)患者(A组,63例)、2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者(B组,60例)和正常体检者(C组,40例)外周血Th1型细胞因子γ干扰素、Th2型细胞因子IL-4,Th17型细胞因子IL-17和调节T细胞型细胞因子IL-10表达水平。分析检测结果。结果 A组γ干扰素和IL-17表达水平高于C组(P<0.01),IL-4和IL-10低于C组(P<0.01);B组γ干扰素和IL-10低于C组(P<0.01),IL-17高于C组(P<0.01)。糖尿病患者IL-17表达水平与γ干扰素呈正相关,与IL-10呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 T1DM及T2DM患者CD4+T细胞亚群存在不同的失衡状态。 Objective To explore the expressions of T cell subsets cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with diabetes. Methods In the patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM,group A,63 cases) and with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM, group B, 60 cases) and healthy people(group C,40 cases), the cytokines of T cell subsets in peripheral blood were detected by ELISA, which included Thl-type cytokine IFN-γ,Th2-type cytokine IL-10, Th17-type cytokine IL-17 and regulatory T cells- type cytokine IL-4. The results were analyzed. Results The levels of IFN-γ and IL-17 were higher, but IL-4 and IL-10 were lower, in group A than those in group C(P〈0.05). The levels of IFN-γ and IL-10 were lower, but IL-17 level was higher, in group B than those in group C(P〈0. 05). In the patients with diabetes mellitus, the level of IL-17 was positively correlated to that of IFN-γ, but was negatively correlated to that of IL-10. Conclusion The imbalance of the subsets of CD4^+T cell in the .patients with diabetes mellitus is different.
