右美托咪定减轻罗库溴铵注射痛和气管插管心血管反应的效果 被引量:4

Dexmedetomidine attenuates rocuronium-induced injection pain and cardiovascular response to intubation

摘要 目的观察右美托咪定减轻罗库溴铵注射痛和气管插管心血管反应的效果。方法全麻患者60例随机分为两组。麻醉诱导前10min,A组静脉注射右美托咪定1μg/kg,B组静脉注射等容量生理盐水作为对照。采用相同药物和方法实施静脉麻醉诱导和维持。观察罗库溴铵注射痛发生情况,比较两组气管插管前1min(T1)、气管插管时(T2)、气管插管后1min(T3)和气管插管后5min(T4)时的平均动脉压(MAP)和心率(HR)的变化。结果 A组罗库溴铵注射痛发生率低于B组(46.7%vs.93.3%)(P<0.05);A组在T2时的MAP和HR均低于B组(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定预注射能有效减轻罗库溴铵注射痛和全身麻醉气管插管期的心血管反应。 Objective To explore the efficacy of dexrnedetomidine in attenuating rocuronium- induced injection pain and cardiovascular response to endotrachael intubation. Methods Sixty patients scheduled for selective surgeries under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation were randomly divided into two groups of A (influsion of dexmedetomidine 1 μg/kg at 10 min before anesthesia indction) and B (influsion of equal volume normal saline as the control). Anesthesia indction and maintenance were performed with same drugs and manner. Rocuronium-induced injection pain and MAP and HR were recorded at I min before induction(T1) ,during intubation(T2) ,at 1 min(T3) and 5 min(T4) after induction. Results The incidence of rocuronium injection pain was lower in group A than that in group B(46.7% vs. 93.3%)(P〈0. 05). MAP and HR at T2 were lower in group A than those in group B (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Preinjection of dexmedetomidine before induction can effectively attenuate the rocuronium-induced injection pain and cardiovascular response to tracheal intubation.
