^(18)F-FDGPET/CT显像对恶性黑色素瘤再分期与预后的临床价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨18F标记的脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射计算机体层成像(18 F-FDG PET/CT)全身显像在诊断恶性黑色素瘤术后局部复发、转移与预后中的临床价值。方法回顾性分析原发灶均明确病理诊断的恶性黑色素瘤术后患者30例,共行18 F-FDG PET/CT全身显像36人次,测量肿瘤及转移部位最大标准摄取值(SUVmax)。结果随访至确诊后10-72个月。18 F-FDG PET/CT全身显像发现转移病灶并再分期患者19例,其中11例分期升高,共发现转移58处,包括淋巴结26处、软组织内14处、骨骼灶11处,SUVmax值分别为7.92±3.84、5.80±4.28和8.16±4.37;其余为脑、胰腺各2处,肺、肝、甲状腺转移各1处。另外6例Ⅱ期患者复发但无转移。18F-FDG PET/CT显像阴性的5例患者随访结束时均健在。结论 18F-FDG PET/CT全身显像对恶性黑色素瘤再分期与预后有较高的临床应用价值。
