Heart Rate Variability Study Based on a Novel RdR RR Intervals Scatter Plot

摘要 在Poincare散点图与一阶差分散点图基础上,提出基于RR间期及RR间期一阶差分散点图(即RdR)的新型心率变异性分析方法。RdR散点图横坐标为RR间期,纵坐标为相邻RR间期之差。RdR散点图同时包含RR间期及RR间期变化的信息,可捕捉更多心率变异性信息。对MIT-BIH心律失常数据库中相关数据进行RdR散点图分析后,发现对非偶联的早搏、偶联的二联律和三联律早搏及混合型早搏具有特异的图形特征,其鉴别能力高于Poincare散点图,又比一阶差分散点图简单直观。 On the basis of Poincare scatter plot and first order difference scatter plot, a novel heart rate variability (HRV) analysis method based on scatter plots of RR intervals and first order difference of RR intervals (namely, RdR) was proposed. The abscissa of the RdR scatter plot, the x-axis, is RR intervals and the ordinate, y-axis, is the difference between successive RR intervals. The RdR scatter plot includes the information of RR intervals and the difference between successive RR intervals, which captures more HRV information. By RdR scatter plot analysis of some records of MIT-BII-I arrhythmias database, we found that the scatter plot of uncoupled premature ventricular contraction (PVC), coupled ventricular bigeminy and ventricular trigeminy PVC had specific graphic characteristics. The RdR scatter plot method has higher detecting performance than the Poincare scatter plot method, and simpler and more intuitive than the first order difference method.
