组合皮瓣的分类和进展 被引量:2

摘要 组合皮瓣(compound flap),顾名思义是由多种组织成分或多个皮瓣组合而成,且各成分间相互联结,从而实现多种组织的同时移植和有效的组织重建[1].目前随着显微外科技术的发展,游离皮瓣移植已成为临床创面修复的常规手段,对于各类游离组合皮瓣移植的应用也日渐增多.然而目前对于组合皮瓣的分类和命名仍存在很大争议,以至于对以往组合皮瓣的微小改动都能产生一种“新的”皮瓣类型,阻碍了组合皮瓣的学术交流和应用[2].现就组合皮瓣的最新分类和命名进行综述,并归纳各类皮瓣特点及其优缺点.
