摘要 “纳米细菌”,亦称之为纳米矿化颗粒,是一种直径约20~500 nm、具有自我复制能力、能产生坚硬生物矿化外壳、参与病理性钙化形成,且具有细胞毒性的超微结构物质。目前在肾结石、动脉粥样硬化斑块、唾液、龈沟液、髓石、牙石及牙菌斑中均发现了该物质。本文就“纳米细菌”的研究现状及其与牙周病之间的关系作一综述。 ‘Nanobacteria’,also known as calcifying nanoparticles (CNPs),with the diameter about 20-500 nm,is one kind of ultra microstructure calcifying particles.Nanobacteria have cytotoxic effect,can produce car-bonate apatite on their cell wall and initiate pathologic calcification.Nanobacteria have been found in kidney stone, atherosclerosis ,saliva ,gingival crevicular fluid ,pulp stone ,dental calculus and dental plaque.This paper summari-zes the research status and the relationship of nanobacteria with periodontal dieases.
